See Shadow up there? Flat belly, ja.

Anyways, allow me to explain to you all a very effective weight loss routine.
You're tired of looking at your belly in the mirror; it's jiggly, round, ugly...at least, that is what one would think of himself.
How would you go about losing this weight as quick as possible? Well there's always some way--
Eat less and exercise more.

Oh, haven't we heard that a few thousand times? Ja.
Let's see if we can work something out of that...How about we cut down 500 calories a day in what we consume? How about we drink eight cups of water throughout the day? And how about we throw away the sugary cereals and treats in the cabinets?
That sounds like a lovely idea.

:bulletblack: If you cut down 500 calories per day, that's 3500 calories a week. Thirty-five hundred calories = 1 pound of fat
:bulletblack: Drinking 64 fluid ounces of water a day will help raise metabolism, as well as the consumption of foods such as lean meats, green leafy vegetables, steel cut oats and eggs.

How could we make this more interesting...perhaps an exercise schedule? Ja, let us get out and burn even more calories.
Five days a week sounds lovely. Maybe on Saturdays, you can go and clean up around the house. Or you may rest...

:bulletblack: Work out 3 days a week, 30 minutes each
:bulletblack: Preform some type of aerobic activity 2-3 times a week, roughly about 30-40 minutes each day.

Alternatively preform the exercises during each week:
Monday-- workout
Tuesday-- aerobics
Wednesday-- workout
Thursday-- aerobics
Friday-- workout
Saturday-- rest/or aerobics
Sunday-- rest

Now how much do we burn during these exercises? Well, any 30 minute session of jogging would amount to roughly 300 calories burned. The same goes for a nice workout.

What's that, 300 + 500 = 800?
800 calories burned per day, wow. 800 x 5 = 4000 per workout week. 4000 + additional 2x500cal per weekend = 5000 calories per full week.

Let's say we practice this for a solid 2 months.
2 months = 8 weeks approximate
8 x 5000 = 40,000 calories burned in two months
40,000 divided by 3500 = 11.4 pounds

What about 6 months?
120,000 divided by 3500 = 34.3 pounds

You do realize the approximately 34 pounds is quite a heavy weight? Just picture yourself to be thirty-four pounds lighter...

Not to mention the additional fat loss due to your metabolism racing from the water and rich, hearty foods you'll be eating.
Give this a try, and you'll be able to keep the fat off in the end.
